The dealership will not pay any additional fee unless the dealer delivers the car to customer. The dealership is guaranteed 30 leads per month. The staff of Dealerprospects.com will assist in all aspects of contracting from beginning to end. We will recommend the best bank to maximize your profitability based on the customer’s profile and help with collecting of stipulations to expedite funding. We want you to be successful as this is a joint venture between you (our Customer) and Dealerprospects.com. Dealerprospects.com has the right to cancel the agreement upon the end of the 2nd month if no sales are generated. The Dealership (Customer) will hold Dealerprospects.com harmless from all claims, liabilities and damages. Remember you don’t have to pay anything unless you sell a vehicle through our program. The initial setup fee is not refundable under any circumstances. The Dealership will agree to not re-market the customer’s information without the written consent of dealerprospects.com. The Dealership is also responsible to keep an open communication between account managers of dealerprospects.com and designated F & I personnel.
